Troubleshooting Issues

  1. Connection Issues

    • Be sure to completely logout out of your session.

    Closing your browser window can still leave your session active until it times out.

    • Login from an Incognito window.

    An Incognito window is like "clean" version of chrome. Any cookies that might not be updating, preventing your login session wont be an issue.

    • Load a new scene.

    Instead of loading a your previous session. Try loading a new session. Once that new session is loaded you can then use the dashboard to switch back to your previous session and begin your work.
